Running Courses for Beginners

Our running courses are aimed at anyone who wants to get back into running after a break or rediscover running for themselves.

You will learn the basics of running in a group and increase your endurance step by step. At the end of the course, you will run for 30 minutes at a time at your own pace.

Our experienced trainers will guide and support you along the way with valuable tips.

We offer our running courses free of charge.
